During the stint of J/SINSP Roque Constantino A Sison III as BJMP Provincial Administrator of Western Pangasinan, one of the jails in the area has been abandoned already. Because of this, he exerted all efforts to seek the attention of the Local Government and request funding for the rehabilitation of the Urbiztondo Jail. The Local Government saw the importance of completely rehabilitating the jail and as a result, they approved the request and allocated around P200,000.00 for the said project.
