In line with the launching of the Justice on Wheels Program of the Supreme Court at the Ilocos Norte Provincial Jail, the City Jail Warden, JSINSP Roque Constantino A Sison III took the opportunity to tour the different facilities inside the provincial jail. He was assisted by the Provincial Jail Warden Mr. Bonifacio C Tagatac, Jr.
