Laoag City Jail gets a new make-over once again with its newly completed perimeter wall on top of the Administrative/Warden's Office. Canopy lights and landscaping were added to create a safe and secure yet homey ambience. The message "Bilangguan man ay paraiso din sa patakarang maka-Diyos at maka-tao." that was imprinted on the wall says it all.
