Donation of 8 Ceiling Fans and 2 Basketball Rings

     Hon. Francis Manolito B. Dacuycuy MD, City Councilor of Laoag, donated eight (8) new ceiling fans and two (2) new basketball rings, as requested by the City Jail Warden.
