70 Prof. Marcelo L. Montaño, the Dean of the College of Criminology of Data Center Colleges of the Philippines visited Laoag City Jail to donate seventy (70) yellow t-shirts with 'BJMP Detainee/Laoag City Jail' print as solicited by the City Jail Warden. This is in addition to the fifty (50) shirts they have donated before.
